I have mentioned this before on various threads, however to make the information easier to access for you newer and not so seasoned members I decided to post a blog with the basic details so no one loses any unneeded bankroll due to the problems we can face when the above occurs.
It amazes me that not many players or botters scout out the enemy front line as it is a very vital tool to have in your tool box, no matter the game you play or the limit you play it at. So what is scouting the enemy? The answer is simple, examining your opponents and making notes.
Now as a poker player when we manually play games ourselves we do this naturally, we watch our opponents and how they play, the hands they play and any betting patterns we may pick up, but how does this relate to botting?
Team,
Most of you will be well aware that the default .ppl file for the Omaha 08 (Hi/Lo) bot is an absolute pain in the you know what, Egors cash profile (which is what the default is for the 08 bot) just does not cut it for different game types, and if the profile were to make some of those moves in a cash game I would be very concerned, its loose, its trigger happy, it bets with next to nothing and does nothing but cause everyone headaches - especially myself and Sausedup while trying to code out these guns blazing moves that seem to creep through no matter what we do.
It has been some time since my last blog entry, a combination of coding new profiles (and updating them and coding out the annoying default) and running the rags to riches challenge which is just past %70 complete; that alone has been very exciting for me, I love seeing it motivate others, and not just with Omaha, the Holdem Challenge as well has really been satisfying to watch, especially considering Cosmo asked for my advice and assistance before setting up the challenge. Then I moved house, and had some real time drama's to deal with – alas I am here to blog again.

Omaha Hi/Lo (Commonly referred to as Omaha 08) is another variant of the popular poker craze, the traffic for these games are much lower, and less frequent as players commonly do not understand the game to make a decent profit. Another reason Hi/Lo isn't as popular as Omaha Hi or even Texas Poker is that this game requires extreme patience, as there is a Hi pot, and a Lo pot.
Omaha Hi is a variant of the popular Texas hold-em poker game, due to the world wide poker boom Omaha Hi is fast becoming a very popular game in online poker rooms & even in some of the more major casino's; for many years it has been more popular in the European regions – but has vastly spread around the world quickly.
As with the last post, knowledge will always be a powerful weapon when it comes to poker, or any card game. Below I have listed some great titles that are available in e-book format, and not just Omaha, there fore it is cheaper, no postage fee's, and you can get it straight away! For a better Description of the e-books, click the buy me link; which will take you to the description page.

It really does not matter whether your a live player at casino's and events, an online player or even a botter; in the world of poker – knowledge is power. I have a large library of poker books, strategy guides, e books and autobiographies from famous pro players. Not many players understand the importance of knowledge from books released by established professional players, and even less popular names.
For months I have listened to constant complaints that there are not enough games to play using our profiles, simply put, this is BS. I have made a list which is listed below, and this is just for Fulltilt Poker, so I expect no more complaints after this blog :)
